Very rare steel-era, NITTO Track Racing Stem.
Commonly known in Japan as the 'tengaeshi stem'.
It can be reversed to give a higher or lower hand position. This feature
was used by pro riders: They would use the lower position for racing, and the higher position for riding to
or from the track to home, or for road training.
Most likely 1960's production. Chromed Steel.
This one is in almost new condition, possibly fitted or used, but showing almost no signs of use.
