Shipping Information: All items will be shipped from South Korea within 4 business days from the date of purchase. We ship through various partnered carriers, operating Monday through Friday (except holidays).

Returns Information: We accept returns within 14 days of shipment. Please contact us immediately, prior to leaving feedback so that we can help resolve any issues in a timely manner, to the best of our ability. Return Item/s must be received in same packaging with ALL Original Contents and Labels that were included.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
※For returns due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind) after the item has already been shipped, only the product price excluding the shipping cost will be refunded.
