Vintage Honors Ugly Halloween Sweater White Glitter Black Cat Skeleton Ghost

An ugly Halloween sweater. The decals have glitter fabric paint. The hang tag, which is torn, has an attached matching black cat hair scrunchie. While the tag says L, I don't know what department but it looks to be a women's cut and seems to run small. Please see photos for condition and estimated measurements.
