Condition

Parts/Repair & fair cosmetic condition (Less than 65% of original condition). See pictures carefully for actual condition. Heavy signs of use and wear; scuffs on body especially on corners, scratch on sensor, microphone doesn't work (please see pictures carefully). Body takes great quality pictures. Shutter count 42,657 currently.

*Microphone on body doesn't work (Need to use external Mic for audio to be recorded on video). Also Scratch on sensor. Sample pictures was taken and mark wasn't apparent on pictures taken. Body takes great quality pictures.*

As soon as payment is cleared, I usually ship within the same day if done before 2:30PST & typically use USPS or UPS Ground. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

• Please note, I do keep track of all Serial numbers to avoid swapping. For higher value items, video recording will be taken to document cosmetic condition and functionality of item being sold at time of packaging & shipment.

• For international orders, we exclusively only utilize the eBay International Shipping Program. We do not ship items internationally through any other method. Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies or addresses. 

• Please be sure that you have a confirmed address through eBay or PayPal; there will be no exceptions.

• The item will be shipped with USPS or UPS and tracking number will be posted on “view order details” and signature confirmation will be required for higher value items.

• If I am to require signature confirmation, check to verify the package of all of its contents once the package arrives. When you sign for the package you are satisfied with package cosmetically and verified the package of all its contents. This is to protect you the buyer and me as seller from Post service and buyer “Rifling.” If you do not receive all the order, do not sign for the package. The carrier will simply send the package back to us. 

• Buyer will be held responsible for all fees associated with the transaction (eBay/Paypal Fees & Shipping). Returns made for all non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Shipping is not negotiable and non-refundable.

• Given the high cost of merchandise sold in this eBay store, any returns granted must be authorized and follow the return instructions provided by seller. Once UPS or USPS is in possession of parcel, Seller routinely confirms the name and address printed on shipping label is the same as the original return shipping label provided to buyer from eBay by contacting Carriers (ensuring no discrepancies). 

• Furthermore, all returns will undergo video recording during the opening process to verify the item's original condition, ensure consistency in identification (i.e. Serial #), and confirm the contents of the parcel match those originally shipped. As a small business owner, we cannot afford and zero tolerance for fraud or theft, any instances will be promptly reported to appropriate authorities.
