Two kinds of measurements are included below - my personal measurements (listed in inches) which can also be viewed in the pictures and the official measurements from the brand itself (listed in centimeters).

Waist: 25 inches (can stretch to approx. 28.5 in max) / Official measurement 62-72 cm

The skirt is pre-owned but in overall great condition. There is a snag in the fabric at the bottom front of the skirt (see pictures #3-4) although it may not appear particularly obvious at first. Beyond that, there are no major signs of wear or noticeable damage. The color of the skirt is a dark olive green color, not black. This may be a bit difficult to see in pictures but the color seems to show up best in the measurement photos.
Everything comes from a smoke-free environment and has been thoroughly cleaned and packaged at the time of posting to ensure it maintains it's current condition. That said, I do own pets (dogs) but they have not come in contact with any parts of the skirt. I try my best to make sure pet hair does not get on clothing pieces, but there is always the chance that some small particles may have been accidentally overlooked.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safety and preserve quality during shipping. I do recycle boxes and packaging, but I make sure both boxes and packaging are appropriate for the item during transport. This skirt is already folded and packaged in a clear poly bag and will be inserted into a box to prevent damage while in transit.
I also provide a variety of shipping options for buyers, but usually list the cheapest first. Feel free to select the shipping method that is best for you.
Please note, I ship all items out in a timely manner (within about 1-2 days) but there may be instances of delays that are out of my control after I have handed the package over to the post office. Please contact USPS/UPS/Fedex for more information in those cases.
