Please ensure your delivery address on eBay is correct before purchasing.

For large and heavy items, delivery may be via a specialist courier and may take slightly longer. We will contact you if this applies to your order. Please note that delivery for large or heavy items is available to mainland UK only.

Due to high courier surcharges and logistical limitations, we do NOT deliver to the following postcode areas:

If your postcode falls within these areas, please contact us before purchasing, as additional charges may apply or delivery may not be possible.

For oversized items, we may offer pallet delivery or require kerbside delivery only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the item.

Collection in person may be available from Northampton — feel free to message us to arrange.

We offer 30-day free returns on all items. Simply return the item in its original condition for a full refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Please contact us before opening a return — we’re happy to resolve any concerns and may be able to offer a partial refund or replacement without the need to return the item.

If you believe the item is faulty or not as described, please message us with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair solution as quickly as possible.

Important: Please review all photos and the item description carefully before purchasing. We do our best to describe the condition of every item accurately.
