Care instructions & notice
About odor
- The pillow core uses polyurethane memory foam, which may have a slight odor due to material characteristics. This is normal, safe, and meets usage standards.
- Upon opening, you may notice a light scent from the memory foam. Air it out in a cool, ventilated area for a few days. If the odor persists or causes discomfort, contact our customer service team.
Washing guidelines
- Remove the cover for cleaning. Hand or machine wash (gentle cycle) inside out or in a laundry bag. Do not soak for more than 15 minutes. Wash separately from colored clothing.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean the cover. Air dry flat.
- The inner memory foam core is not washable. Water exposure can deform and damage its support. Clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
