All models must pass a 10 point quality control inspection before we ship it to you from Sydney warehouse, and all shipped items are guaranteed to arrive safely in professional packaging

How We Build Our Models

From using the quality timber – we make sure everything is placed hand-built with high attention to detail and plank-on-frame construction method like the way of an actual wooden boat is built. By utilising extensive and detailed research on the models, looking at building plans, historical drawings, and paintings, we ensure every last attachment to the design is both historically accurate and technically sound.

Packaging

We care about the importance of valued wooden models arrives in good condition, this is why all of our models are packed safely and securely, making sure that they can be shipped globally without issue

For all model ships, we pack and tie them into a wooden crate, and place it within a secure carton box.
For model boats and cruise ships, they are placed into a customised and bespoke foam set, and then placed into the secure carton box.

Returns

All costs involve to returning an item for exchange or refund will be at customers’ expense. The returned item must be new and in original packaging. We will not take responsibility for the damage caused by a third party. A repair fee may be applied if the returned product is damaged, or not in original conditions.
In the event if you have received a damaged, incorrect or faulty product, you will be offered option of either replacement or refund. All costs involve to returning an item for exchange or refund will be at our expense. Please examine your order as soon as possible upon receipt and notify us within 1 or 2 days after the arrival for any issue. 20% restock fee will be applied for all returns, except the item arrived damaged.
