The ticket machine is untested as we are unsure how it works. There is some rust on the carry case. The strap mount bracket is bent some on the one corner but not to bad at all. There are some scratches and scuff marks on the machine. When you turn the handle it makes a clicking noise but nothing comes out the slot.
