Lying flat, it measures approximately 14" at the waist (28") and 18" from the waistband to the bottom hem. Good pre-owned condition with normal wash wear (some fading at waistband as shown in photos-more obvious with flash), but plenty of life left! PLEASE review all photos to make your own assessment of condition, prior to bidding.
