Condition:

This item is preowned. If it has clasps or hinges, they are in working order, and all stones are intact—unless otherwise noted here: good!

Bidding & Payment:

I allow up to two weeks for auction buyers to place bids before payment is due. Please wait until you're done bidding before making payment.

If you pay shipping more than once, your items may be shipped separately unless you message me. Once you’re finished bidding, just send me a message—I’ll gladly combine your order for you.

Note: For some reason, I’m currently not receiving invoice requests, so please message me directly.

Cancellations:

I have a cancellation limit in place. If you request too many cancellations, you will be automatically blocked from future purchases.

Handling Time:

My handling time is up to 5 business days, and I often need all of those days. If you’re on a deadline or need something quickly, please message me at the time of payment, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Shipping:

I ship via UPS. Their rates are high, but they’ve proven to be much more reliable than USPS. I do not profit from shipping—what you pay is the actual cost.

If there’s a problem with your order or you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will always do my best to resolve the issue.
