This is a new, never installed LED bicycle wheel display. It displays images and animations on your bike wheel. The company is now defunct. These were manufactured in California in 2015. I cannot confirm the status of the lithium battery or programming compatibility. The set is complete with all the parts. There are install and info videos about these wheel light kits on YouTube.
