This is the straight shaped rear view mirror mount that glues to the windshield.  In my experience most glue kits at the auto parts store do not do a good long lasting job.  Manu windshield shops will glue if for you at little or no cost as a courtesy. Typically the mirror will slide onto the tapered mount from the top and is secured by a set screw, typically a T15 Torx screw.  Used on many vehicles that use a straight sided mount vs. those that use a wedge shaped tapered mount.

Please check that your mount size is the same as this one: 1 1/4" tall,  3/16" thick, 7/8" wide.
