We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Final-Bid-Wins. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Refunds are NOT accepted for any item listed 'for parts only' or where 'no refunds' is posted on the listing or after 30 days from date of receipt.

To qualify for a refund: Your item must be returned to us within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and must be in the condition you received it in. Returned item must contain everything that was originally sent to you - All sealed items must be returned sealed, no exceptions - ALL RETURNS must be processed thru eBay.

Please be sure to report the correct reason for a return - items reported as being 'not-as-described' or 'defective' have to be inspected and thoroughly tested prior to issuing a refund. Refunds are not issued for good standing merchandise return to us for the above reasons. Refunds for 'changed mind' 'didn't like' etc. will process within 24 hours of the item being returned, inspected and if approved a refund will be issued within the time frame governed by eBay's policies....

If you receive an item and it is defective or damaged we will supply you with a return label. Please provide photos of the damage when requesting a return. Buyer pays return shipping for all other reasons.
