Framed Victorian Print,  Portrait of a Man,  Attributed to Tisian.  Printed by S.E & A.  Robinson, Bristol.

The original painting is on loan from the Lord Halifax collection and is currently on exhibit at the National Gallery in room 8, L611.

The picture is typical Victorian style for the masses, wooden frame coated with  a brown stained Celuloid veneer.

When I first aquired the picture, the back had become detached from the frame.  Before I reassembled it,  I took several pictures of the print from both sides and enclosed backing boards.  Please see details in the photos included.
