Here we have a Nvidia Quadro 5000 graphics card.  This graphics card works and has no issues at all.  This is in good condition but has minor wear and tear from use.   It also comes with the bracket to attach to the end of the card to prevent sagging(the black thing in the photos) and the screws for mounting it.
