Condition Guide:

UNC - Uncirculated. New coins taken from sealed bags/rolls. These are shiny and new but may have small imperfections on close inspection.

CIRC - Circulated. Used/handled coins. These have all been checked to ensure they are still good quality.

Coins are a circulated finish but have not been into commerce circulation as they are taken from sealed new mint bags (please be aware these may have knocks and are not perfect).

NAIDOC Week, observed annually from the first Sunday in July, celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, culture, and achievements.

The 2024 50c NAIDOC coin commemorates the 50th anniversary of the National Aboriginal and Islander Day Observance Committee (NAIDOC) being formed entirely of Indigenous peoples. The coin, designed by Dagoman, Wardaman, and Gurindji artist Cortney Glass, features a design that celebrates Indigenous culture and heritage. It was struck by the Royal Australian Mint and is Australian legal tender.
