THE INSERT CARD, MOLDING AND BASE ARE INCLUDED. The box is in like new or better condition, All the corners on the top and bottom are crisp and pointly, no external scratches on the box anywhere. There is a minor ding on the top right edge, there is a picture to identify the ding. the box is in great shape and would be a bonus to any collection. the UPC sticker on the bottom is nice, clean and white.
