Spinach Green Translucent Jade Libation Cup Pour Vessel with Glass Case

I purchased this item in Montreal's Chinatown in 1987.  I kept it at my late parents' house.  As my mother liked to keep items on stands and/or in glass cases, this auction includes a stand/case.

Approximate measurements:
Cup:
6-3/4″ length
2-9/16″ width
3-15/16″ height
weight: 1 pound 2.1 ounces
Glass case:
7-1/4" long
4-3/4" wide
6-1/4" high
weight: 1 pound 10 ounces

The item is nicely formed with carved motifs on the body and feet.  The handle is topped by an animal head likely a dragon which is a symbol of power, strength, and good luck in Asian culture.  The sides become thin and translucent near the rim.

I suspect it is dyed jade as I notice two miniscule white spots on the tip of the left ear and on the right side of the handle.

The case is glass tightly held together by a wood frame over a wood stand with a red felt display floor.

To be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  Or, interested buyers may contact me to examine the item and to use the local pick-up option.

Thank you for looking.
