Shipping to the European Union (EU) from the United Kingdom (UK) has changed since the UK left the EU's single market and customs union in January 2021. This means that customs declarations and additional charges may be required for goods being shipped from the UK to the EU. These charges may include VAT, customs duties, and handling fees, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping times may also be affected due to increased border checks and delays. It is important for both buyers and sellers to be aware of these changes and to ensure that all necessary documentation and charges are included when shipping to the EU from the UK. To avoid any potential issues, it is recommended that buyers and sellers consult with their respective customs and shipping authorities before proceeding with any international transactions.
If you are a Business customer, please enter your EORI number in the "Notes To Seller" upon checkout. An EORI number is required for all UK to EU business transactions. If an EORI number is not provided, your parcel is at risk of delivery failure.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective. If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item, provided that it meets the above criteria. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria or that are returned without a return authorization number.
