Items in stock with us or with the suppliers will usually arrive within 1-2 working days. If there is a delay with your order we will let you know as soon as possible.

If you require something urgently, please contact us and we will always try to accommodate your needs.

While we always try our best to deliver as quickly as possible, please note that ebay's "estimated" shipping/delivery times are not always exact as they do not take into account constantly changing stock levels, bank holidays or weekends.

Saturdays are not classed as a working day, we do not ship or deliver on weekends. (an exception to this is some Ramair products that are shipped by Royal Mail, may sometimes arrive on weekends)

Cobra Sport Exhausts are generally made to order and average times are 2-15 working days. We will contact you within two working days of placing your order for the estimated build and dispatch time.

Some MIlltek Systems can be 1-4 weeks.

We highly recommend not making any bookings or arrangements to have items fitted until you take delivery. As much as we would love every order/delivery to be 100% perfect, 100% of the time, this isn't always possible, sometimes there are unforeseen or out of our control delays.

You are responsible for paying any relevant customs duties, import charges, or other international fees upon delivery in your country. They are not included in the item's purchase and postage price. We recommend you research this before you place an order.

Returns

We abide by the current distance selling regulations.

Unused and items still brand new, in original packaging, can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after delivery. We do not cover the return postage costs.

Returns sent back between 14 and 30 days may incur a re-stocking fee and will also be refunded less the original P&P costs that WE incur when sending you the item.

Returned items "must" be returned unfitted and in a new condition. They must be able to be sold as a new item when returned.

If you have an item that is faulty, this will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty (manufacturers terms and conditions apply)

Special order items and/or made to order items are not always returnable. If it is an item suitable for being returned you may incur a restocking fee.

Please remember when contacting us, we are a human being at the other end of the message or the phone, we will always be friendly, polite and courteous to you, we would really appreciate the same in return. It just makes it nicer for everyone!

While we strive to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and is as great as possible, sometimes things do go wrong, we (ourselves and our suppliers) are all, only a skeleton covered in squishy bits just like you. If there is ever an issue, we will do our very best to make it right and make it as painless as possible.

There is no legally binding contract between us until we have accepted your order with a confirmation email that your item(s) have been dispatched.

Due to ebay’s buyer/seller protection policy we are unable to change the delivery address once payment has been made. Sorry.

AmD or our suppliers accepts no responsibility for the use of parts which modify emissions devices on the public highway. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all local laws are adhered to within their home area/country.

Under no circumstances do we cover any labour costs or pay compensation for any reason.
