• These trains are new in the box or were out of the box on display, however we cannot guarantee their functionality.  They have been in the boxes  for years.  We have not tested them. As a buyer you must assume the train may require service to be operational again since they have been in storage for a while. This could include lubrication or more intense services. These trains are being sold AS-IS, no returns. We do not guarantee any of our trains are operational. These trains may have been taken out of the box for pictures. Please look at all pictures carefully for details, boxes, seals, and more.  All trains are from an estate of a gentleman who had a very large train collection but didn't run any of them. 

• QUESTIONS: We encourage you to email us with any questions so you are sure that you are getting what you think you are. We promise to try to be as exact in our description as we can, and make the pictures true to life. Our goal is to please, and to turn all of our contacts into satisfied customers that will want to shop with us again.

  PAYMENT: We request that payment be made at the time of purchase.

  SHIPPING: We ship promptly, usually within 24 hours after payment is received. We ship using USPS Priority or Ground Advantage depending on weight.  Other methods like Fed-Ex or UPS are sometimes offered if more cost effective.   If you are buying multiple items, please let us know and do not pay until we send you a combined invoice so we can try to save you some money.

  If the ad allows for International shipping, just a reminder that all taxes, tariffs, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.  Also we will not mark that this is a gift at zero value, nor will we mark it at a lower cost.
