Sales Terms & Conditions

1. ORDERS

Goods supplied are based upon the written and verbal communication from the Customer.

The Customer is solely responsible for determining that the ordered Goods are suitable for the purpose for which the Goods are purchased. We accept no responsibility for parts incorrectly supplied unless the engine and chassis number to properly identify the vehicle are quoted correctly at the time of ordering.

2. ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment for goods will be accepted VIA eBay.

3. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND LIABILITY

The Customer acknowledges that any provisional Delivery Date and or time specified by Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited at the time of Order is an estimate only and should Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited or any of its agents be unable to deliver the Goods by that date then delivery of the Goods shall be extended by any amount of time deemed necessary by Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited. Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited may at its sole discretion cancel any Order, in which case any amounts paid by the Customer shall be refunded in full. Loss or damage of goods in transit is at the purchaser’s risk unless the goods are covered by insurance paid by customer at the time of ordering.ClaimsVisible damage or loss must be clearly noted on carrier’s delivery receipts. Claims must be made on the appropriate carrier or insurance company within 48 hours by eBay messaging.

4. RETURN OF GOODS

For any goods that are required to be returned or exchanged, please make your request through eBay messaging first. If you require any additional customer service, please contact our service team and provide your eBay reference, name, phone number, delivery address, and enquiry details.

Please see our conditions below:

(a) Goods not required must be returned in original condition and packaging to Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited within 7 days from receipt at the expense of the purchaser.

(b) A copy of the original invoice is to be presented with any goods returned, accompanied with a clear return explanation written on the invoice, your eBay reference, R.A. (Return Authorisation) number, and correct contact information.

(c) All returns of Goods are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee, except for incorrectly supplied Goods.

(d) Any Goods supplied by Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited that are returned and have been fitted, painted and/or damaged, will not be acceptable for return or credit. We may request you to include pictures of the products condition prior to approving any returns.

(e) For all local deliveries, the Customer will be liable for any delivery or pickup charges incurred by Euro Car Parts Pty Limited for all incorrectly ordered Goods, or for Goods no longer required. A service fee may be considered against any refund should there be any complications or delays at the point of collection directly attributed to the customer.

(f) For all outer metropolitan and interstate deliveries, the following applies for any Goods supplied by Euro Car Parts Pty Limited that require to be returned for any reason;

(i) Under no circumstances are goods to be returned via the courier that has just delivered the goods, or by any other courier, otherwise the purchaser or receiver of the goods will be liable for all costs and losses incurred thereafter.

(ii) Any Goods required to be returned must have an R.A. (Return Authorisation) number provided by Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited allowing use of their nominated courier. Unless these procedures are adhered to, Euro Car Parts Pty Limited will not be liable for any freight charges incurred.

(iii) The customer can choose to use their own courier at their own expense to return goods to Euro Car Parts Pty. Limited as well as adhering to point (2) in this section.

(g) Specially ordered parts and electrical items are not returnable for credit

5. RETENTION OF TITLE OF EURO CAR PARTS PTY. LIMITED

Notwithstanding that the Customer has possession of the Goods, property in and ownership of the Goods remains with Euro Car Parts Pty Limited. No legal or equitable interest or property in the Goods whatsoever shall pass to or vest in the Customer until the full amount due for the Goods and all other Goods supplied by Euro Car Parts Pty Limited to the Customer (including any additional amounts payable by the Customer pursuant to these Terms has been paid to Euro Car Parts Pty Limited by the Customer. Until property passes to the Customer:

(a) The Customer holds the Goods as fiduciary and bailee for Euro Car Parts Pty Limited;

(b) The Goods must be stored separately and in a manner that enables them to be identified and cross-referenced to any Invoice in question;

(c) Euro Car Parts Pty Limited, its employees or agents, are entitled to enter the Customer’s premises between 9.00am and 5.00pm on any business day to inspect the Goods;

(d) In the event that the Customer is in default of its obligations under these Terms, any Order or any other agreement that exists between the Customer and Euro Car Parts Pty Limited, the Customer must at its sole expense, deliver the Goods to Euro Car Parts Pty Limited on demand.

(e) If the Customer does not comply with such a demand, the Customer authorises Euro Car Parts Pty Limited to enter the Customer’s premises at any time to do all things necessary to take possession of the Goods. For this purpose, the Customer must procure the consent of all other persons having any interest in the premises where the Goods are situated to entry of those premises by Euro Car Parts Pty Limited, its employees or agents and the Customer indemnifies Euro Car Parts Pty Limited against any claim, loss, liability, cost and expense that may be incurred or sustained by Euro Car Parts Pty Limited, its employees or agents, as a result of the entry of those premises where the Goods are situated.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY

Our freight carrier requires a commercial business address with forklift or crane to unload heavy or bulky items 40kg +. If it is a home delivery, we reserve the rights to leave the goods in a safe area if no one is home. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to a workshop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercial business address.

If you cannot provide a commercial business address, we can deliver this part to a freight terminal for your pick-up at no additional charge.

Please contact us first so that we can give you the location of your closest freight terminal.

Small items will be shipped by StarTrack or Global Express with live tracking information.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your part ships.

Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.
