Shipping: To reduce your shipping costs, Ground Advantage & Media Mail shipping via USPS will be in a lightweight box or padded envelope.  If you want a thick box, please choose Priority Mail. Combined Shipping is available for similar items. All fragile items are carefully bubble wrapped, padded with appropriate recycled materials and boxed.

For Error with Order/Listing: Please reach out to the seller directly before contacting eBay, if you have any issues with the order like a chip or crack not mentioned in the listing or with breakage of the item. We do our best to ensure accurate descriptions and photos of items and want to make sure that you receive exactly what the listing states.

For Damage during Shipping: Please provide us with pictures of the damage to the item, box, and packaging materials. This will assist us with filing an insurance claim with the USPS or FedEx which would allow us to provide you with a full refund if any breakage occurs during shipping.

Payment: Please pay promptly after the auction's completion or our acceptance of your offer.  Your item will ship within 24-48 hours of our receipt of funds.  Unpaid items will be reported to eBay after 4 days. Please message us if you have any problems or delays.
