Postage
Orders
are dispatched from our Melbourne based warehouses usually the next
business day after payment has been cleared. Orders may be delayed if a
non-compliant delivery address is provided or during busy periods.
Our delivery partners include, but
not limited to, Auspost, Aramax, Couriers Please, IGX, Toll, Hunter
Express and Allied Express.
The delivery partner is automatically selected by our fulfillment centre
based on the item weight and delivery location.
Estimated
delivery dates shown on eBay are estimates only, and are no way
guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur outside seller control, such as
floods, fires, road closures or rail disruptions. Please allow an
additional 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before
contacting us as most orders are delivered within this time frame. We'll
be more than happy to assist you (please do not open Item not received
cases)
Due
to health, safety and operational requirements, orders are unable to be
picked up. We are unable to offer any exceptions no matter how urgent
the order is.
Warranty and Returns
Unless otherwise noted, items come with a 12 month warranty.
In
the unlikely event where your order is received damaged, faulty or
missing parts, please contact us first (do not open return requests!)
Please kindly provide clear photos or link to a short video to
demonstrate the issue. We will work with you to provide the best
resolution. Sometimes returning an order does not provide the best
resolution.
If
your order becomes faulty within the warranty period, please provide
photo or video as noted above. We will assess the information available
and provide a resolution.
Change of Mind (remorse) Returns
We
offer 30 day returns for change of mind after order delivered. If you
wish to return your order as you've changed your mind, ordered by
mistake, found better price etc, please provide a clear photo of the
item in unopened and unused condition.
Returns
will be refunded minus our original postage costs, if postage has been
paid for by the buyer. If the item has been open, used or
wrong item returned, we reserve the right to make further adjustments
to the refund.
Due
to eBay policy, buyers are responsible for organising and paying for
remorse returns postage. If we have provided a postage label to assist
you in returning, then return postage costs will be deducted from the
refund. Orders are unable to be "dropped off" at our warehouse.
Cancelling orders
As
orders are dispatched from an automated fulfilment centre, orders may
only be cancelled within the first hour of placing an order, by using
the "cancel order" option on eBay. If 1hr from placing an order has
lapsed, please contact us and ask. If we are
able to cancel your order before the fulfilment centre has processed
your order then a full refund will be issued, otherwise remorse returns
conditions
above apply.
