- To use: Rehydrate peppers by soaking them in boiling water. Dice and add to any marinades, sauces, burgers or grind with garlic, salt and vinegar to make Authentic Guyana Hot Sauce.
- Crush into flakes or using a spice grinder or mill, grind into powder (we use gloves, kitchen goggles and a particle mask when working with this chili powder - and plenty of ventilation).
- Sprinkle flakes or powder onto any dish you want to easily add medium heat with a tasty fruity flavor - burgers, pizza, eggs, stirfrys, salads, and don't forget you can sprinkle the powder in cocktails to make them spicy cocktails. Goes well with fruity cocktails or drinks.
