Here is a NOS (new old stock) Genuine OEM Sno Way vehicle power harness, part number 96102906. This is the truck side wiring that would go from the vehicle grill to the battery and solenoid, and would plug into the control harness with the 4 position rubber plug. I think this is from the era of Snoway Predator straight blade plows. Take a look at your existing wiring and make sure the different plugs on this harness are compatible.
