Framed original lobby card from the 1957 movie, “The Unearthly”.
   
Condition:
 Lobby card in excellent condition, framed dimensions are 14½” x 17½”.

Professor Charles Conway (John Carradine), is a mad scientist attempting to develop the proverbial  fountain of youth. He intends to accomplish this by creating "the 17th gland"... commonly known today as the pineal gland which regulates sleep-wake cycles and other physiological processes.
Obviously he ignores all aspects of scientific and medical ethics...as his research subjects lack family ties or are under the impression that he can cure their depression. Ill-fated research results in chaos as his “subjects” turn into grotesque zombies.
Classic 1940-1950’s low budget horror flick that deals with the issues of unaccountable power, abuse and misplaced trust.
Lobby card says it is “Guaranteed to Frighten”, so please proceed with caution if you intend to watch this film. Stars John Carradine, an actor with the 7th highest credit total in movie history (354 movie credits).
