Core Return

Most of our remanufactured items sold from stock have a refundable core charge included in the price. The "core" is the original part that you are replacing. To get this core charge refunded, you must send your defective part to us. If our remanufacturing department determines the core to be in rebuildable condition, the core charge is refunded in full. A partial core refund may be applied to non-repairable cores for the salvage value, if any. Cores must be complete and fully assembled to receive core credit. A box of loose parts will be rejected. Cores must be the same part as the unit sold.

You are responsible for shipping your core to us. Pack the core carefully as damage during shipping may render the core unrepairable. Please include a copy of your invoice in your shipment. If your core is rejected for any reason, it will be returned at your own expense and no refund will be issued. In the case where a partial refund is offered, the customer may refuse and have the core returned, at their own expense.

Common causes for a core to be rejected:

• Broken plastic / metal cover / casing
• Water damage
• Missing components
• Burnt PCB
• Tampering or modification
• Damaged / missing connectors
• Part number doesn't match

Warranty

You assume full responsibility for any costs related to vehicle repairs, diagnostics, or fault corrections. ProgRama Inc.'s total liability for any claims, damages, or losses — whether due to contract, negligence, or other causes — shall not exceed the total amount paid to ProgRama Inc. for the specific product or service in question. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Most ProgRama products carry a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty applies exclusively to repairs conducted to restore the unit to its original operating condition. All internally repaired or replaced components by ProgRama Inc. are covered under this warranty. ProgRama Inc. is not responsible for any defects that may arise from the original manufacturer following the completion of the repair. Additionally, ProgRama Inc. does not cover vehicle downtime, damages, or labor costs related to installation, removal, or misdiagnosis. Any purchased repair service is subject to a $125.00 bench test fee if the unit is found to be fully functional with no defects. The bench test fee also applies to units determined to be in an unrepairable condition.

This warranty excludes, but is not limited to, damages or losses resulting from:

• Fire-related incidents
• Water damage
• Issues caused by third-party software or components
• Breakage or damage incurred during shipping
• Improper installation, misuse, or negligence
