Steps for usage:
1. It’s better use the fresh quail egg, 2-3 days (summer), 3-4 days (winter)
2. Soak the eggs in cold water for some minutes
3. Pour the egg into the scalding water for 5 minutes with big fire, the soft fire for another 5 minutes
4. Turn off the fire and take out the eggs and put them into the cold water immediately for cooling
5. Try your best to shake the eggshell broken before using the machine
6. Put eggs into cold water for 5-10 minutes
