FAQ: 

1. Is this an UK model?

This is a new sealed UK model and is supplied with an USB-C charging cable only. The keyboard layout is also UK.

2. Are you VAT registered & can we claim back VAT?

We are registered on the marginal VAT scheme & therefore you are unable to claim back a VAT refund.

3. How can you provide such a big discount?

In a nutshell, we buy in bulk & have access to several exclusive corporate discount rates.

4. What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns on all of our products & as an eBay Premium Seller partake in the eBay Money Back Guarantee Scheme. 

However please take time to read the full terms & conditions before purchasing. This can be found at bottom of the listing on the desktop version of the eBay site and within the 'Registered as business seller' section on the eBay app.

5. Can we collect in person? Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. We have two collection points in Essex (Redbridge & Rainham) and one in Kent (Gravesend). All collections are by prior appointment & we would need to see Photo ID matching the name of the buyers account. We also offer a free delivery in person option to London, Essex & Kent within a 5-mile radius from Rainham. 

6. How soon do you deliver by postage/courier?

All payments received by 2pm Monday-Friday or by 9am on Saturday will be dispatched the same day for a next day delivery. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured & securely package our items prior to dispatch.

* 7. Does the item come with Apple warranty? Can I purchase AppleCare+?

Yes, in all instances it does. For the majority of our Macs the 1yr warranty will commence upon activation. For any items that have come from Apple directly this warranty commences upon the original purchase date from Apple (these could be up to 8 weeks elapsed depending on how long they've been in stock). Either way they will be eligible for AppleCare+ unless otherwise stated.
