These cotton petticoats are cut according to an original pattern with gored pieces so they give a generous hem width without adding bulk on the hips.
The front panel is fixed at the waist but the remainder is loose so it can be gathered onto the draw cord. For best results move all the fullness to the back as this will provide a small bustle for the recognisably S shape of Edwardian womenswear. While these petticoats are strictly speaking Edwardian, they can of course be used throughout the C19th. 100% Cotton.
Excellent condition. Ship same/next day.
*NOTE: The skirt has been hemmed by creating decorative tucks above the frill. *"Talia" name tag is sticky if removed.
