· All working and fully functional items are sold with a 30 day return policy. All items must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team so please be sure to contact us prior to making a return as we will provide you with specific instructions. You must include your ebay ID, item number, and name on the package returned to our facility. We will contact you within 1-3 business days of receiving your return
