Product Description

The Japan Custom Build Series is made entirely in BEYOND SHIMANO's workshop, from shell molding. This model is the 22nd in the series, and the 22nd custom snare in the series. Shell surface top material is rosewood 2mm,2ply, shell is 6mm,6ply genuine mahogany. The rain reinforcement is made of 6mm, 6ply mahogany. All are made of hard plywood. The hybrid shell is composed of the hardness of rosewood and the warmth of mahogany. The high frequencies and strong shell vibrations are also a result of the hard plywood. You can also enjoy the unique deep tone nuance that can be produced from the 6.5” depth. The tuning range is wide, and you can enjoy a pleasant sound from low pitch to high pitch. The snappy sound is also crisp and has a pleasant raw tone. The sports car stripes on the shell are made of Japanese cypress.
