I bought this vase a few years ago.  I am not a collector and the information I have about the vase I have found on the internet.  The vase is in the same condition as I bought it.  I don't see any damage it is in great condition.  Here is a description I found about Poole pottery on the internet:

This is a vintage Poole pottery England Lava Galaxy Vase. No chips, cracks or repairs. It is a nice red/orange glaze dripped across a black matte pottery vase. Marked on the bottom with dolphin and 'Poole'
