Please do not purchase this item without checking the measurements to make sure it will fit you. We provide free returns. That means that we pay the return postage on an item if you decide to return it. Our profit margin on most of the items we sell is about $10.00 per item, less if we take an offer on an item. Most of the time, a returned item means that we will not make any money on selling that item, and sometimes it means that we will actually lose money. We provide measurements for all of our clothing items, and it takes some time to do this. The reason we do this is to try to prevent returns that cost us time and money. While we do feel we should pay the postage on an item if we have made a mistake, i.e. have failed to notice and/or disclose a flaw or have provided the wrong measurements, it is very frustrating to have someone purchase an item for which we have provided measurements, only to return the item because it “does not fit”. Yet this is the reason for 99% of our returns. We provide these measurements to ensure that you will have a positive experience with your clothing purchase and to avoid the hassle and expense of having to return an item that does not fit. Clothing sizes vary by manufacturer. In order to ensure that you will have a good fit, you should compare the measurements of this garment to something you already own that you know fits you well. This garment was measured laying flat and un-stretched. Our lovely menagerie resides upstairs and we do our work in the basement. Although there is often pitiful whining at the closed basement door, and some curious kitty paws under the door, we do not let them come down there, so our work and storage area is separated from the zoo. An occasional pet hair may slip through though despite our best efforts to make sure it does not. And of course if you are allergic to animals you may want to avoid us. Some items that we sell are purchased from other sources, and it is not possible to know the conditions under which they were stored at another location. We use good judgment and never purchase soiled, stained, or odor-damaged items for re-sale. COMBINED SHIPPING We combine shipping for multiple purchases made and paid for before midnight EST on the same day. (9 PM on the west coast) To take advantage of this, proceed with purchasing your items, but do not pay for them. Let us know when you have finished shopping, and we will send you an invoice that includes your reduced shipping charge. If you make a mistake and have already paid for the items individually or you change your mind and want to purchase another item (on the same day), we will still combine the shipping for you. In this case, we will refund the shipping overpayment to you instead of sending you an invoice. We package carefully and ship items promptly - always within 1 business day of your payment being received - and we provide confirmation and tracking numbers so you can see the progress of your package as it travels on its way to you.
