Vintage mid 1990s whimsigoth black skirt and blouse set with blue sparkly flowers. Made in USA by Divine. 90% poly with 10% spandex for a stretchy comfortable fit. Top is marked size L and skirt is marked size M, def fits more like a M frame. See measurements. Good condition with some light normal wear. Beautiful and ready to wear. Top measures 14 1/2” shoulder to shoulder, 16 1/2” armpit to armpit, 11 1/2” shoulder to end of sleeve, 20 1/2” shoulder to bottom. Skirt has an elastic waist and stretches from about 24”-29”, 34” hips, and is 24” long.
