These are exceptional bright shaded Emerald stones from Brazil. Rustic hand cut 4-5mm rondelles with a centrepiece of 3 larger 'Wheel' hand faceted beads with 9ct gold rondelle and round separator beads. These beads have a lovely bright translucency held to the light and are highly fluorescent under UV light, showing up a bright purple. The beads are hand polished which shows off their natural lustre. Its possible they are oiled as most Emerald from Brazil is oil treated. All of the beads on this bracelet are hand cut and therefore sizes can vary slightly. The black inclusions in Emerald are generally from Chromite (sometimes Vanadium) and in fact these inclusions prove the stone's authenticity as Emerald is rarely if ever found without such inclusions. Bracelet in photograph is finished to 7.75inches/19.75cm including clasps. It is strung on Beadalon Jewellers golden wire and finished with 2mm 9ct gold end beads, butterfly crimps and an approx 6mm Spring ring clasp with loop.
