Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day of purchase and to provide an excellent delivery service. Items under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. This is a standard service and is free at checkout. Items over 2kg are sent with 3rd party couriers*. Couriers include: DPD, DHL, UPS & FedEx. All services are working day services.

*For courier items being sent to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or other offshore locations, and the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA, KW, PO, PA, PH, ZE, BT, IM, TR, you are required to select the other courier option at the checkout.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our items securely. Courier items are boxed, and lighter items are packed in heavy-duty Jiffy bags or other strong postal bags. Please inspect any parcels with damaged packaging before accepting them from the courier, as we cannot be held liable for missing pieces or items. All our parcels are double-checked before dispatch. Accepting a damaged, ripped, or torn parcel means you accept liability for the goods. International parcels will be boxed and securely packaged.

Item Not Received?

We strive to ensure that all items are delivered promptly and securely. However, if you have not received your item within the expected delivery time, please contact us through eBay messaging. Include your order number and any relevant details. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during our office hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
