Returns

· Warranty applies only to components purchased directly from Carsa.ca. We reserve the right to ask for a customer to return the defective component to receive warranty service.

· The warranty period for our products is 6 months. Thank you.

· Carsa.ca and Carsa_Auto do not cover any shipping charges related to warranty claims. Local pickup is available in Richmond BC, Canada free of charge.

· If fraudulent warranty claims are received, the warranty will be cancelled WITHOUT reimbursement.

· Carsa.ca and Carsa_Auto reserve the right to refund the additional charge for and cancel the lifetime warranty where there are issues unrelated to the kit causing repeated failures.

· Exchanges and returns are possible only on products in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns due to vehicle incompatibility have a 0% restocking fee. All other returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping charges are paid directly to Canada Post and are non-refundable.

· Professional installation by a licensed mechanic is recommended. Customers who chose to install our products do so at their own peril. A licensed mechanic can help you interpret local laws regarding lighting upgrades. Carsa.ca and Carsa_Auto tailor their products to meet or exceed all federal and provincial laws, but the onus of confirming the legality of any modification is up to the owner and/or installer.

· Carsa.ca and Carsa_Auto do not accept any liability for any damages or loss caused by our products. We do not accept liability for any losses or costs, regardless of through negligence, defect, acts of God or otherwise.

· In no circumstances will Carsa.ca and Carsa_Auto be liable for any installation issues, labor costs, or other expenses exceeding the purchase price of the kit.

· Carsa.ca and Carsa_Auto collect, and remits sales tax as defined by the Canadian tax code. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax but may be charged duties or other import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
