Shipping & Returns
 
Your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and should arrive 2-3 days after placing your order. Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries. Any orders placed after 17:00pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

If you parcel cannot fit through your letterbox, it may be advisable to check with a neighbour to see if the parcel has been left with them. Please also check any outhouses you may have. 

If you are returning a parcel, please package it up securely and include details of your order number, authorization number, and whether a replacement or refund is required. Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post office when you send it. Proof of Postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you.
