PAIR Mid Century Vintage Egyptian Ibis Figurines Brass & Paper Mache HandPainted.

These are not delicate....sturdy and well made corful and vintage Egyptian Ibis pair with a Mid Century vibe.  Each measures about 10" long from head to tail,  stands about 4.5" tall from table to top of head, and each about 4" wide at the widest near the middle. The colors used are orange, gold, green, and black. I am not certain of how these were constructed. It is a guess that pehaps, each bird has a brass frame and paper mache used over the frame body with the legs, neck, and head brass exposed. There is a separation around the neck on one of them- not falling apart, just a separation in the material.  See pics. Pre-owned and in very good condition. Certainly,  a unique treasure.
