Hsg catheters are designed for diagnostic procedures, such as radiological hysterosalpingography or hysterosonography. The HSG catheter has a soft, concentric, non-latex balloon, which prevents leakage of saline or contrast media.
• Open ended, round distal tip provides atraumatic insertion with uniform contrast distribution
• The unique, malleable introduction sheath easily positions the catheter through the cervix into the uterine cavity
• Color coded stopcocks are attached to the catheter lumens; the blue stopcock is for balloon inflation and the white is for contrastmedia injection.
