All Australian standard orders of $150.00 or more are shipped with Australia Post for FREE! A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders under $150.00 and will be sent with Australia Post. 

Delivery times and schedules do vary depending on the delivery zones and destination. Delivery time frames are set by Australia Post and exclude our processing times and customs processing times if applicable. 

You can track your order at Australian Post with the consignment number emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Salty Crush purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, the item does not suit you, or it is the wrong size, we'll gladly accept a return for a refund. 

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within this time frame. 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn (not worn for longer than trying the item/s on), unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Please be careful when trying on items for the first time as we will not accept any items that have deodorant, in-scents or perfume smells, makeup, fake tan stains, pet fur or any marks at all and it will be reshipped back to you once received and inspected. 

If you have placed your order through eBay, please lodge your return via eBay ONLY.

You will receive a return label via eBay and your return will be processed via eBay once recieved back in our warehouse.
