In good condition, save some written in pages, a couple of relevant articles pasted in the front. rubs on the edges and a little seperation from the spine in the back (see last photo).  This book is 138 years old and is in really good readable shape.  

A scarce early printing by Frances Hodgson Burnett (1849-1924). Considered one of her most important novels, it additionally received attention when Burnett successfully sued a playwright for making theatre versions, which set a precedent in copyright law.
