Description
A genuine Le Parfait screw lid Le Parfaits range of screw top preserving jars (Familia Wiss Terrines).
If you are just storing food then you'll only need the screw lid, if you are preserving/canning you'll need the disc (and band, until the vacuum has formed).
I also sell these individually (and preserving discs) and other Le Parfait accessories.
Size Guide
Le Parfait Lids are designed for Le Parfait jars and so may not be a perfect fit on other jars.
Your Le Parfait terrine should be embossed with a capacity, sometimes this will be a range, e.g. 200-245 ml.

* - There are two variants of the 1000 size, one short and wide, the other tall and thin.
If you can't see the capacity - measure the width of the jars mouth, it should correspond to a size in the table above.
Care and Use
Lids should only be used once.
Wash the terrines/lids thoroughly with hot soapy water then let air dry before use. Never use metal sponges or scrapers.
Always ensure the jar mouth/lid/seal are free from food residue - this can prevent a seal from forming.
Always follow best practice when canning/preserving food.
