  • THIS KIT WILL FIT PRE-RUNNER 2WD & TACOMA 4WD MODELS. We have a different kit for 1995-2004 TACOMA 2WD Models. Please visit our store or contact us for the same.

  • ASSEMBLY NOTES: Should Be Installed by a Professional Mechanic:
✔ Disclaimers – This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and removing bushings or ball joints requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
✔ Replacing the Control Arms – Remove the old control arms carefully. Clean the mounting points before installing the new ones. Torque bolts to manufacturer specifications for a secure and aligned fit.
✔ Replacing the Ball Joints – Safely remove the old ball joints, clean the area, and press in the new ball joints using proper tools to ensure tight and accurate fitment.
✔ Replacing the Bushings – Old bushings must be pressed out with specialized tools. Press in the new bushings straight and evenly to avoid misalignment or premature failure.
✔ Replacing the Tie Rods – Remove both inner and outer tie rods, then thread the new ones in place, matching the original length to maintain approximate alignment before professional adjustment.
✔ Replacing the Sway Bar Links – Remove worn sway bar links and install new ones with proper torque to keep a stable connection between the suspension and sway bar.
✔ Alignment Required – A professional wheel alignment is required after installation to ensure correct suspension geometry, proper tire wear, and safe handling.
