This is a general listing for Honda CR250 Two Stroke remanufactured / re-plated cylinders. DO NOT BUY THIS CYLINDER without messaging us first to make sure we have your exact cylinder, and that you have a good core to return to us. These cylinders require core exchanges. We may require you to send your core in first, so again DO NOT BUY THIS CYLINDER WITHOUT CONTACTING US. The core cylinders cannot be iron sleeved or ported!! If you have a Iron sleeve or Porting we can bore or plate your exact cylinder but we will not exchange for a factory spec OEM Nikasil plated cylinder. 

Honda CR250 Cylinders are identified by what is  called a casting #. Casting numbers vary depending on the year. We will only exchange cylinders for the exact casting number that you have a core for. Examples of casting numbers are KZ3-S, KZ3-T, KZ3-W, KZ3-Z, KZ3-N, KZ3-P, KSK, anything in the 1986-89 we have as well, but they do not have casting numbers and you will be required to send us detailed photos of all four sides to indentify your cylinder.

Included:

- 1 OEM re-plated Honda Cylinder set to factory spec diameter, roundness, taper, and bore clearance (req. a core) Exact casting number, year will be determined via messaging. See photos of how to find and indentify your casting number.

- 1 Wossner Premium Forged piston or Pro-X cast (your choice) each include the rings, pins, clips, wrist pin bearing and top end gasket set. (Same Cost cast or forged)

- 1 This particular cylinder is coated in a 500 Degree ceramic paint. This was mainly done for the photo purposes, but it also gives the cylinder a great appearance that won't get grease and finger printed while assembling. We can do this in Honda red as shown or a mat finish silver.

MCB Performance stocks hundreds of hard to find two and four stroke MX cylinders for immediate exchange (all brands). If you have a different brand, year, displacement MCB most likely has your cylinder in stock for immediate exchange.

Complete engine kits (crank, cylinder, piston, gasket kit, all seals etc.) available for all brands and displacements.

Please contact us with your year, make, model or more importantly cylinder casting number. Look for numbers cast directly onto the side of your cylinder. Kawasaki will be like 1911. 1843. Honda will be like KZ3-S, T, V etc. Suzuki will be 37F0, 37F1, 37F2, etc. Yamaha will be 5UP, 5CU etc.
