Easy to install:
Step1- Loosen the screws on the handle and remove the wire from the holes in the two sections.
Step 2- Insert one end of the cheese slicer wire into the slot of the cutting handle.
Step 3- First put one side of the wire into the bottom face; Insert the other side of the wire into the handle hole and tighten the handle with the wire to complete the installation.
Step 4- After the new cable is installed, if the cutting is not smooth, hold the edge and adjust the right side.
