Installation Notes and How to Use Silicone Grease
1、Clean the Printer Heating Plate：
External impurities can directly affect the printing quality and expected lifespan.It is recommended to use alcohol to clean the cotton on the heating plate.
2、Old Heating Plate Treatment：
If the surface of the heating plate has bubbles or irregularities, it is recommended to use sandpaper to polish it for better results and longer lifespan.
3、Apply Silicone Grease：
Apply silicone grease evenly on the heating film. The ends of the fixing film that contact the plug should also be greased. This will prevent abnormal noises and ensure smoother rotation.
4、Install the Fixing Film：
After installing the fixing film, rotate it evenly a few times to distribute the grease evenly inside the new fixing film. You can use it when the fixing film rotates smoothly.
